A Founder You'd Actually Want to Work With
Most founders lead with credentials. I lead with context. Here is what I actually believe about work, support, and why I built this.
I have been in rooms where I was the most prepared person at the table and was still treated like the help.
I have also been in rooms where I was the help — and treated like a partner.
Those two experiences taught me everything I needed to know about what great support actually looks like. And they are the reason My Genius Assistant exists.
I Did Not Start This Business Because I Needed a Job
I started it because I kept watching talented, driven people drown in the wrong work.
Executives who were brilliant at strategy but buried in their own inboxes. Founders who had the vision but not the bandwidth to execute it. Creators who were building something real but spending their best hours on logistics that had no business being on their plate.
I had spent over a decade on the other side of that equation — inside organizations like Steve Harvey Global, Sony Pictures Entertainment, SAG-AFTRA, and Mattel. I had seen what it looked like when a leader had the right support. I had also seen what it looked like when they did not.
The difference was not just efficiency. It was presence. The executives who were well-supported showed up differently. They were sharper in meetings. More decisive. Less reactive. They had the mental space to actually lead.
I wanted to build that for people who had not yet found it.
I Have an MBA. I Also Know How to Answer a Phone.
There is a version of this story where I lead with credentials and you are impressed.
Here is the version I actually believe in: the MBA matters because it means I understand your business, not just your calendar. I can sit in a strategy conversation and follow the thread. I can read a contract and flag what needs attention. I can look at your operations and see where the friction is — not just where the tasks are.
But the credential is not the point. The point is that I have done the work. I have managed schedules for people whose time was worth thousands of dollars an hour. I have handled correspondence that required discretion, judgment, and a level of care that no template could provide. I have coordinated travel, events, and personal logistics for clients who needed things done right the first time, every time.
I know what it feels like to be trusted with someone's world. I do not take that lightly.
What I Actually Believe About Support
Most virtual assistant services will tell you they save you time. That is true, but it is the floor, not the ceiling.
What I believe is this: the right support does not just free up your hours. It changes how you show up in them.
When you are not carrying the weight of a hundred small decisions, you think more clearly. When your inbox is not a source of dread, you communicate better. When someone else is handling the logistics, you can be fully present for the work that actually requires you.
That is not a productivity hack. That is a quality-of-life shift. And for the clients I work with — executives, founders, creators, high-net-worth individuals who are building something that matters — that shift is the whole point.
I Am Not for Everyone. That Is Intentional.
My Genius Assistant is a luxury service. I use that word deliberately, and I mean it in the most precise sense: not expensive for the sake of it, but exceptional because the standard demands it.
The clients I work with are not looking for someone to check boxes. They are looking for someone who thinks ahead, communicates clearly, and handles their world with the same level of care they bring to their own work.
That requires a different kind of person. It requires someone who has been in those rooms, who understands the stakes, and who does not need to be managed.
I built this business to be that person — and to build a team of people who are too.
What I Want You to Know Before You Reach Out
If you are considering working with us, here is what I want you to know:
I will not oversell you. If what you need is a task-management app and a little more discipline, I will tell you that. If what you need is a true executive support partner — someone who can handle the complexity of your life and your business so you can focus on what only you can do — I will tell you that too.
I take on a limited number of clients because I believe in doing this well. Not at scale. Not with a hundred clients and a rotating cast of assistants. With intention, with consistency, and with the kind of attention that actually makes a difference.
If that sounds like what you have been looking for, I would love to talk.
Not a pitch. Just a conversation.
