Will I work directly with Ayanna, or with a team member?

For most engagements, you work directly with Ayanna or a hand-selected associate she has personally trained and vetted. My Genius Assistant is intentionally boutique — we do not scale by volume. We scale by quality. You will always know who is handling your work.

How do I know if I am a good fit?

What does the onboarding process look like?

We move fast and deliberately. Day 1: a private consultation to clarify your priorities, working style, and required capacity. Days 2–4: we deliver a written support plan — scope, communication rhythm, tools, and first priorities — before anyone touches your inbox. Days 5–10: your primary assistant is matched and assigned with a backup, and access, documents, and recurring work move into a shared workflow. Day 14 onward: requests, decisions, and deliverables are tracked with weekly reviews and continuous refinement. Most clients feel fully supported within the first two weeks.

Engagements are structured as monthly retainers. The Pilot starts at $2,750/month for 25 hours — one focused priority area, one month renewable. Core is $5,250/month for 50 hours across two service pillars. Executive is $9,900/month for 100 hours with a dedicated primary assistant and specialist team. Custom engagements are scoped for teams, multiple leaders, or production cycles. Retainers include a defined scope, communication rhythm, and transparent hour tracking.

Is there a minimum commitment?

The Pilot is one month, renewable — so you can start with a single focused month and roll into Core or Executive at any point. Hours already used in the Pilot credit toward the retainer. There is no long-term commitment required to begin. We earn the renewal.

What is included in the free consultation?

The consultation is a 30-minute conversation — no pitch, no pressure. We will talk through what you are currently carrying, where the friction is, and what the right level of support looks like for you. You will leave with a clear picture of how we work and whether we are the right fit. If we are not, I will tell you.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of support in your first 30 days, we will work with you to make it right — including a prorated refund if we cannot. We have never needed to issue one, but the commitment is real.
